Spacious and modern, with big windows, a private balcony overlooking a garden and lots of air, it is a great choice for a family, friends or those on business trips. Travelers with children are welcome! Situated moments away from Bayswater station, it provides you with excellent travel links across London. Enjoy the space of my home and benefit from its great location!

- There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 4 guests.

- The double bedroom is bright and airy with storage space and garden access, the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- The flat has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators.
- In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
